I Finished the Firmware and now i am done with the Hackpad Project it was really fun, as a beginner, and i recommend it to everyone! Only annyoing part (in my opinion) was creating the Firmware.
Ive (probably) finished the 3D model for my custom controller! Designing the caseand engraving the Omori light bulb onto the top plate was an absolute blast to put together. Next up: Building/Making/Doing? the firmware
Finished the Onshape case layout. Everything is mapped out for the switches, OLED, and encoder. Next up: Engraving details, and idk yet
PCB is done!! I was so incompitent to get here even though it’s a pretty simple board. Clearance errors, shorts, deleting and re-routing things more than once.
Next up: case design in Onshape
First time using KiCad just finished my Hackpad schematic. Xiao RP2040, 3 buttons for OLED screens, rotary encoder for volume. Fought through a few errors but got there. Open to any tips, this is all new to me
Next up: PCB layout
