A simple macropad with a 6 key layout, a rotary encoder and a little oled screen
Devlog 1 - The Schematic
I started off my Hackpad today, this was designed around the Seeeduino. I decided I wanted 6 buttons, a rotary encoder, a little screen which I can utilise later and finally a little LED to be used as a status light to help understand what state the Hackpad is in.
I spent about an hour making this schematic but most were spent in ensuring that the ERC would run correctly without any errors such as something stating its not connected while being connected.
Finally, I finished the the schematic with a ERC with zero errors so next is the PCB layout. This was the first schematic I have ever made for a PCB so it definitely took longer that it maybe needed to
