Initialized the project

I created a monorepo for my project, using Bun Workspaces. It will house the native app, some shared packages, and more.

I also created the Expo-based native app inside the monorepo and started doing work on it:

• basic configs and settings (added Uniwind, RN-Primitives, and RN-Reusables)
• created a custom tabs component (WIP)
