This is an interesting concept tbh! On one hand it could lead to cheaper, faster and better emergency responses to natural disasters, however, you would not be wanting an un-manned drone to be performing all these decisions without human oversight. Capabilities and feasibility aside, the legal side of this would never be approved.
But concept-wise and design-wise? Great Job! Keep up the good work!
