My very own WebOS

I though the other one was different but i was so sleep deprived that I didn’t realize I didn’t post about what I did previously rather than adding extra hours but now I can tell you so I added an internet access that will send you to google if you search something and dynamic loading and a loading screen(those two are from the perversely added features). also there is three more blogs I was also sleep deprivaved if you look at the time when they were posted you would see why

this is an extra devlog because I didn’t reload before I posted the other devlog and I didn’t want to lose 1 and a half hours, so I didn’t realize that these hours weren’t apart of it so here’s the first screenshot of my OS

I did after 2 hours I finally did it… the whole chatbot is done!!! it took me so long and I had to fix little errors and figure out how to make it mistake proof so that the ai doesn’t break with 10 user messages for one AI message although I probably need to add a generating screen saying the message is generating and a loading screen for the OS because when you first load in you have to wait until the ai model is loaded in… also don’t mind about what I was talking to the ai about I was trying to think of topics to talk about to test it and I was trying to make the scroll bar appear inside the box but it doesn’t want to so I gave up

holy it took forever to do this like I had to change the ai so many times but in the end i settled into webllm since it’s free, a webai thing and it was super easy and the only thing I needed AI for was one error but other than that no ai was used… I mean other than the ai I’m getting

im tring to make a chatbot but the ai is actually stupid i tried to give it an input in the bottom but it just returned the same thing

ive added the changing of pages for the blog right now it has two page one is a welcome to the blog and the other is a test and I’m going to leave it since I like leaving my “mark” I leave on thing alone and have it stay there

I’ve added the blog app into my autoload thingy and I’m starting on the script to have different blogs on it. I have the number system working and allowing me to have multiple numbers working. next I have to make the amount cap have it shift left and right and the buttons to work

I started on the change page thing I want it to be like on the bottom of a google page with the line of number the next and before button

I’ve been working on the blog app making it look as good as I can before adding the other blogs and the blog changing since this is the hardest part, also I had imported a custom font it’s called bebas neue

my plan for the blog app is to be able to have a next and past button like a side bar but more condensed into a smaller thing since I don’t want a bulky looking app unless I should but right now, I don’t want it to look bulky. i also am working on how the blog look from coping from other news, blogs, and other pages to get inspiration, so I have been changing the css for the content to make it look perfect but can’t get it right, so if you have anything you think I should change or add to it to make it look better tell me in the comments so that I can know and improve my page since I would like to have it look good before I ship.

i have been working on the blog app and after that I need to make the sidebar for the app so it can swap from different blogs I might replace the welcome page to this as it is better than the welcome app

so, I had streamlined the process and making everything dynamically load instead of loading everything at the start. I have everything in the root div but now everything is empty and organized by the app instead of being cluttered in the html and since they won’t show to begin with they won’t affect how it looks

I have been working on my notes app. I have made it editable. also, I have the stacking and minimizing working with the app icons and I didn’t talk about it last time, but I made an icon for the app, in pixel art of course. also, you can format the text but i would like to be able to make custom formatting but for now it’s the default html formatting… also give me any ideas on the button since i don’t know what to do about it and I got the design from https://www.w3schools.com/tools/tool_css_button.php it helped me preview it and modify easier.

I might have accidently added the controlling multiple widows before I was told. so, when I was following the guide, I made it so it can be done more easier without needing to use multiple variables for one simple task, so I made one function to contain the app, and it accidently made it so it can work for any window.

I added closing and opening the uhm… right, the window. I am able to open and close the window also aapps

I make the window movable, but some bugs are there. I’m tired so good night this will be the last devlog for today.
