just worked on migrating config and stuff from the server directory to here.
- migrate mods and config
- fine tune mod selection for tps performance
- configure polymer additional resource pack
- add support for offline accounts
- fixup mod conflicts
(screenshot contains essential mod cosmetics, not part of modpack)
