My first slack bot!
I made a Slack bot with five commands, including ping, jokes, cat facts, help, and status. The hardest part was setting up the Slack tokens and deploying it. I’m proud that the bot is live and works in Slack. People should know it runs on Render, so it may take a moment to wake up.

Today I finished Ueno Bot, my first Slack bot. I built it with JavaScript, Node.js, and Slack Bolt using Socket Mode. It currently has five commands:/oliverueno-ping/oliverueno-help/oliverueno-catfact/oliverueno-joke/oliverueno-statusThe hardest part was deploying it and setting up the Slack tokens without putting them on GitHub. I deployed it on Render and tested it in #bot-spam. The ping command responded in 3 ms, and the other commands worked too. I also connected the project to Hackatime and linked the GitHub repository. I might add more useful or funny commands later.
