Added a Navbar currently it just goes to different parts of the page but in future will make it goto different pages

I made a personal website which contains about me my hobies and my coding works and my contact details i only used github copilot
i mostly did basic website making as i have not done for a long time and didnt remember anything so just made this basic website i also learnt git and github while doing this project and also about github pages
