File caching makes me want to rip my hair out
I updated the readme and cleaned some things up and I’m ready to ship now!!!!
It took me like fifteen agonizing minutes to find this button
So I did a lot of stuff and forgot to devlog, whoops!
- Added a new wallpaper that fits the theme (and that I actually made)
- Added emojis from slack
- Added another window with credits and stuff
- Actually wrote stuff in the about-me window
Styling!!
I mostly have been adding styling, I’m using the gruvbox theme and i found the balatro font so i stole that.
I also had to fix the maximize/restore button for a third time 
Desktop icons, taskbar icons, guestbook and more!!!!!
(there isnt more i just wantedd to say that 
)
- I added desktop icons that open up windows (and refocus them)
- I added icons in the taskbar (though that may change) and window-bar-draggy-title-thing.
- And I set up atabook so I can have a guestbook
I made the windows have proper layering/z-ordering! AND, it worked first try 
!well it mostly works, if there are more than two windows, the non-focused windows get.. weird but that’s good enough for me!
Hiya again, I’m back from my break and I fixed the weird bugs!
I fixed the weird nonsense with updateWindow() resetting positions, that was an issue because when I tried to update the position, past Maya in all her grand intelligence used ??= so the position never changed.
And the reason minimizing didn’t hide the window is because, when I minimized the window it set the minimized property to false

I’ve tested with two windows now and it works!
The taskbar now actually works (I still need to have it un-minimize windows)
The minimize button stopped hiding windows for whatever reason and also updating the windows resets their positioning for reasons that are beyond me.
I’ve developed an intense hatred of JavaScript and am going on a short hiatus as a result of this. See y’all in a day or two.

- I’ve made a functional taskbar to show open windows (I think, this has not been fully tested quite yet)
- I’ve also added a wallpaper for the desktop
- I’m currently deciding weather I want to draw my own icons or use Windows 98 icons
