uhh, i got audio generation working using numpy and scipy, it outputs to morse.wav. also i made the code an eyesore to read 👍. got github releases working, not gonna ship yet

got M2T and T2M translation working, got proper error catching working and proper comments

next to work on is audio generator and packaging
