OMGG!!! It finally worked!

I have ran a minecraft server on github actions that you can join easily! Technically its an eaglercraftX server, but still!

I have lots of plans for future projects using this knowledge i learnt by making this. For now, I’m gonna give the repo link and you can check if the server is running. If it is, u can join the link given in the logs by cloudflare. (dont forget to add the wss:)

Andd soon imma make a gui in the website to start or stop the server and show stats like number of players online or smh like that.

Theres a problem tho, the world isnt persistant. While i tried making it, it didnt work and was taking way too long. I hope i can fix it later.

P.S i didnt put time on hackatime, but i swear i spent hours on this

Added eaglercraftX 1.8.8, it was pretty easy, just downloading the offline .html and embedding it using , honestly the maximising button bothered me as it refused to work due to a simple error .

Anyways, this is huge success, but it will lag while the game is loading due to which the windows wont be able to move. I still havent added window resizing which i will add later.

I also updated the version numbering, if you look closely

TBH, im considering to remove all the personality stuff and make it into a functional os with a calc, browser, games, etc.

Note: Once you open the eaglercraft window, you might need to wait 10 seconds for it to load as it is hosted on github pages. I will change the host later to my own nest server.

I finally added maximising and restoring of windows. Im thinking of adding the resizing of windows and minimising.

But i have a crazy idea, what if i add eaglercraft to this? Like since it alr works on browser, maybe i can add it as a part of suite of games on the website? Sounds good but hard to implement.

added custom app to credit myself , i think im done with the OS, maybe if i feel bored i might add more apps. But for now, im gonna get the website up on github pages.

Added headers for all the windows . I also implemented the journel app, but you can only view or edit existing journels, you cannot add new journels which sounds incomplete. I might add the feature in the future.

For now, I have also fixed the tap on window to bring on top, which is so satisfying .

Exams are going on 😭😭, but im still gonna do atleast one hour of coding. But for now, i have started modularising of code so that its easier to add more apps. But looks like i have broken the window size and the window on top. Thats a future me problem ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
I have also started working on the notes app…

Dw i will fix it and complete the notes app too tomorrow.

Added the hotbar, which will contain all the programs and windows. I also completed the functionality of closing and opening of windows to all the windows.

Should i add the old minecraft launcher icon as my OS icon? I think it would look pretty good.

I have added the functionality of moving windows and closing and opening of them. For now, the functionality of opening and closing is only for hobbies window, i will add it for other windows too.

I’m thinking of making the taskbar that holds all the programs as the hotbar in minecraft.

Still working on the minecraft aesthetic. Finding the classic dirt background is difficult, but i think i will finish it by tmr. For today, i have added the content and played around with the style tags and stuff i can add.
