Added Advanced Settings

It took long and still look not that great and do not work all over, but the base is set.
To explain it, the game now has variable sound volume. Also you can now change the language, even though I do not have already created a fully second language. Furthermore navigation keys and ultra input order are now choose able, so if you prefer it different you can now make it so.
PS: This devlog is made just in reason off time, at the moment none of this get pushed to GitHub, because it is still in developing.
