Achievements and clear up

I added a new achievements show way that is based on multiple pages and every has his specific achievements on.
I also cleared up the code a little bit, means I put fast added constants into the config, do little efficiency things and stuff like that.
Furthermore I made scrollbars not just be better shown threw all menus, but also work better (more accurate).

Now V0.5.0 is on GitHub, if you find bugs, please comment them under this devlog.
