Auto Navigator

Basically I want to be able to say "Computer! Open Chrome" and then my laptop automatically opens chrome. Once I achieve this simple wake word to command execution I want to expand the commands to other apps and websites. Maybe I can eventually get it to control apps as well such as opening the last Youtube video in my history.
