DEVLOG #002!!!!

Okay people! So we removed the navbar and replaced it with a sidebar. This will be better long term because we are planning to add a settings page and a login feature. Anyways, we’ve moved the dark mode toggle down into the bottom left corner of the sidebar. It all needs a lot of work but I’m happy with the structure we’re developing so far. We’ve got link buttons to the different pages on the landing page as well, and the “Connect” page does have all the links to our socials + some icons.

DEVLOG #01

Hi Guys!!! I’m very very excited for this project of mine. I did a little off camera mining and polished up my WebDev skills. Anyways here’s what we’ve got so far.

So we got the basics out of the way. Nav Bar, Dark Mode Toggle (System mode is default), and a basic skeleton for the landing page. It is void of much style at the moment and is lacking the essential ability to scroll.

Uhhh yeah. That’s pretty much it for now. “It aint much but it’s honest work”

I got the nav bar looking a lot cleaner. I also got the information down in my paragraphs and got the positioning and styles of the texts the way I want it.

Okay, I’ve got a bit more experience and knowledge now. I’ve added a functioning nav bar and I’ve got the color scheme pretty much down. Once I get some effects and more information I’m gonna ship. I think I wanna add a dark mode though.

This is what it is looking like so far. This is one of my first introductions to HTML, so obviously it isn’t much. But I’m currently watching a guide on HTML and slowing improving the website. I hope to make it swamp themed to match with my name and be like really aesthetic and everything. Hopefully this will be an incredibly informative project.
