PixelPad revisions and final tweakings!

I compiled the firmware, imported all the parts (except the diodes) in the cad so I could make everything fit. It looks a little weird because of the hole sizing for the screen, but otherwise I’m really proud of this being my first hardware project. The pcb needed some tweaking for the wrong footprints, moved diodes for centering in the window, and runing the DRC. I exported everything too in the lapse, all the cad files and firmware files and gerbers are in the production. Lastly, I wrote up the readme to spec (which was unfortunately quite similar to OrpheusPad). I have many ideas for future projects already (which was the bottleneck before for hardware) but I’m excited to build this and much more!

Changed the footprint and schematic of the leds to the right ones (i don’t know why I just picked a random led). Then spent the rest of the time importing a bunch of cad files so that I can dimension the case correctly and cut out holes. So far I just placed a bunch of objects around the pcb. Yay!

I thought through what kind of macropad I wanted, turned the oled display into a 4pin connector like said on the guide, and I rerouted everything to be as compact as possible. I added a silkscreen art too! Also started work on the cad model, importing stuff into Onshape

PixelPad!! I lost footage of me copying the guide, and then I lost footage of me copying the example schematic from Orpheuspad, but from there I wanted to add a key, and then tried wiring it all up! I don’t believe it’s good, and there’s probably an issue with everything being so close together (i’ll fix in future), and I still have to think about if i want to do silkscreens and stuff, but it’s looking pretty cool so far
