This is a Python + MQTT simulation of a commute pod that loops between 3 terminals (T1, T2, T3), picking up and dropping off passengers at each stop . It uses the MQTT publish/subscribe messaging protocol to broadcast real-time pod status updates to any connected client

I’ve set up an html index to display the data received by the subscriber. no need to run the subscriber py file and read the endless stream of updates from the broker
