Commands:
1. /sairbot-ping - checks bots latency
2. /sairbot-catfact - Cat fact
3. /sairbot-rps + Rock; Paper; Scissors (Example: /sairbot-rps rock) - Rock Paper Scissors game

Added ping, cat fact command. Also added a RPS game. Didn’t log 23min because I forgot to setup Wakatime. Deployed on Nest.
