EXCITINGLY my case is basically done!!!! I spent most of my time today working on finishing and polishing my case. I’m basically done, probably with the exception of like 2 changes to screws. I also am officially done with the PCB as of now; I got some cool graphics on there and rearranged some components to look cleaner. Now I’ll start working on firmware, which shouldn’t be too much of a hassle, but we’ll see.
WOOHOO. Worked on the casing today as well as fixing some dimension errors with the board. Overall the case is starting to look spiffy!!! I plan to next work on cleaning up my pcb because the led matrix is lowkey atrocious right now, and also finishing the 3d model. I think I’m mostly ok with how the case is so I’m probably going to leave it like that. I also should start thinking of firmware. yikes
Finished routing my MacroPad. :) Anyways, its pretty messy for sure and also not my best work, but it is my second work so im okay wit it. Next steps im probably going to take (tomorrow): add some silkscreen art, cad a case in onshape, probably reform the board to give it a cooler shape, and figure out firm ware (yikes.) goodnight
Feedback wanted :)
Finished the layout and schematic. I decided to settle on a 3x3 matrix with one buttonless encoder. (also 3x3 matrix of status leds which I will figure out later regarding implementation.) Jolly good time so far
Just started figuring this out. Currently started the schematic, and want to plan what I want from this project before I continue :) (yes the symbol for the screen is very disgusting (I rushed it if you couldn’t tell lol))
