Set up new Onshape project for PrintGuard Created base sketch using Pi Zero 2 W measurements Modelled enclosure base with 4× M2.5 standoff columns and port cutouts Exported base as STL (printGuard.stl)

Designed snap fit lid in Onshape with passive cooling fins Added optional OLED window and a protective lid

⚠️ Issues / Challenges

microSD cutout was 0.5mm too narrow on first print — fixed by updating it github link wasnt working (fixed)
