PCC Overhaul!
While PCC could technically begin the shipping process now, I’d like to give it an overhaul of all the little things that bother me about it.
PCB
• Change size of PCB so there is an equal margin on either side of the keypad.
• In general, shrink PCB size by removing unnecessary dead space.
• Reroute traces if possible.
• Design new silkscreen art (project name, github repo, art, etc.)
• Add mounting screw holes.
CASE
• Change case dimensions to fit new PCB design.
• Change case to mount by screwing from bottom-up, not top-down.
• Add a fitted USB-C cutout, similar to those on actual consumer electronics.
• Add mounting pillars for PCB.
Moved components into more of a square shape, started work on case. Next items: finish case, write README, start writing firmware
Designing PCB and traces
Finished schematic, started PCB design.
