I just launched Fold Or Flop, a small browser game that teaches protein-structure prediction confidence!

You are shown a 3D protein structure predicted by AlphaFold, but the confidence colors are hidden. You paint regions of the protein as high, medium, or low confidence, then reveal the real confidence map and see how close you were.

The app fetches protein structures live from AlphaFold DB, uses curated examples plus random playable proteins, includes difficulty levels based on residue count, supports painting through both the 3D model and a 1D residue strip, and generates shareable result cards.

Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Bun, Tailwind, 3Dmol.js, AlphaFold DB, UniProt, and Vercel
