So there have been way too many applications that have the block particular set of applications for a specified duration and stuff but as a person suffering with adhd i noticed those apps were useless for me so i made something myself that works on my mood as well as needs the project basically breaks the dopamine cycle and stimulates the brain to act more disciplined by integrating a set of features to better control your desires.
