FOL 🤖

FOL is my personal AI assistant for Mac.

I wanted to make something like JARVIS from Iron Man, but actually useful in real life.

FOL lives in the notch of my MacBook and can help me control my computer, open apps and projects, search the web, work with emails and my calendar, remember things, and understand what I’m doing.

For example, I can say:

“Open Safari and find the latest OpenAI news.”

FOL can open Safari, search for the information, and give me a summary.

Or I can say:

“Remember that I need to send the report tomorrow.”

And FOL saves it to my memory.

I built FOL because I don’t want AI to be just a chat box where you type questions. I want it to actually do things for me.

Right now it has voice, memory, screen context, desktop control, web search, Gmail, Google Calendar, and an agent system that lets it choose the right tools by itself.

It has 989+ tests and several complete real-life scenarios already working.

This is still the beginning. My goal is to make FOL feel like a real personal AI living on my Mac.
