Regions and behind the scenes admin changes

Users can now select individual regions for shop items, and I’ve fixed several issues with the previous shop implementation, such as lack of persistence, and lint failing

Shop + admin version

The shop is based around a new data model, and theres a new /admin/shop panel providing full management like creating and editing items, setting regional prices, toggling visibility, and adjusting stock. The user facing shop is now operational, with images being ready to show. Checks to ensure users can’t see hidden items discreetly
