I finished the final touches for the website and the github repository, i am ready to ship my project!
Almost done coding the website I just need to add a few more finishing touches. Then I am going to do the GitHub repository and it will be done!
I started working on a website for converting 3d models more efficiently and free for everyone. So far I got a free domain from hackclub dns and I connected it to my nest server so it is up and running. I still have a lot to do like coding the whole thing and figuring out how to put conversion stuff in.
The slack demo is live on https://hackclub.enterprise.slack.com/archives/C0BHYPEMHC1 !!! It actually has 4 commands i forgot about the last one /internet_bot-hello it jsut says hi. Also I made the GitHub readme so I am ready to ship
I deployed my project to nest so it is running 24/7!!! I also made some changes now it’s an internet bot so it can help you see how fast it is or what the ping is . there are 3 functions, /Internet_bot-help, /Internet_bot-download, and /Internet_bot-ping.
I Coded my first slack bot in vs code it has 3 slash commands right now and it is going to be a help bot called supportbot.
I finished the firmware for now for my hackpad. I am just finishing up putting it all into a GitHub repository then it will be ready to submit!
I finished the case for my hack pad with the pcb and all parts in it. Now I have to make the firmware then I will be done
I am almost done with the 3D printed case design. I made the holes for screws and switches, now I just gotta make a few more adjustments and finish it. after that im going to move onto the firmware. I put a few photos of the case renderings below.
I finished the PCB design and defined the edges, then I routed the wires and ran the check to make sure everything would work. There are some pictures below of it. The OLED pins look a bit tall but it’s ok because I am going to make it higher up in the CAD model. My next step is to take the measurements of the board and make a fitting CAD model with all of the other custom designs. Any suggestions??? - my last post hasn’t gotten any yet it’s probably because i’m new :|
This is my first hardware project called MeetPad. The goal of my macropad is to make functions like mute, camera, volume controls, and other helpful shortcuts easier to use for online meetings. - So far, I have completed the schematic and started to build the actual PCB layout as you can see in the images below. ALSO, the 31 minutes that is logged was for the PCB only, but it was actually like an hour or 2 for the whole schematic but that was before I figured out how to do lapse. - My next steps are to work on and finish the PCB design so I can move on to the CAD model. Any Suggestions? i’m new :)
