An easy to build rc plane that can be made with minimal funds and knowledge

I will make a mostly 3d printed DIY racing wheel for pc that can be used in games like F1 25, Asseto Corsa, Forza horizon, etc. It will include force feedback via a central motor and use and arduino for communication with the pc. Designed to clamp onto a desk so not expensive racing rig is needed. PC only, no consoles.
