I built STADIAPULSE, a smart stadium platform for the FIFA World Cup 2026 that connects fans and organizers in real time using Gemini 1.5 and Firebase. The biggest challenge was pulling off instant, zero-latency sync between the organizer’s safety actions and the fan’s app, while engineering transparent, explainable AI (XAI) reasoning for crowd emergencies instead of relying on a black-box chatbot. I’m most proud of the live bridge trigger—where an organizer can broadcast a bottleneck alert with a single click to instantly reroute fans through accessible, step-free paths around crowded plazas. To test it out, just toggle between the Fan and Organizer views: simulate a gate bottleneck in the Command Cockpit, hit “Broadcast Emergency Alert,” and watch the Fan Portal immediately pop up the warning banner and update the 2D blueprint pathfinder to bypass the congestion.
