I fixed the README.md and added steps to set up and use the project.
i fixed some code errors and added the transmitting part of the code as long as fixed some endpoints and made a basic api to go along with it. It currently works with the api to send the IR Signals.
I created the Receiver part of the code with UI to view and name which signals are current saved in the ESP32 File System and to record value from IR Devices to emulate later.

redid the ui and fixed some issues when creating the demo link.
Made the code to get the current position of the ISS and use the Location Entered to Determine the time the ISS will pass over/near the location in the selected time zone. (Note: this is not my real location just set to 42 42)
