DEVLOG #1 I wanted to really work on a good base for this so I experimented different styles until I ended with this final design that I really like.
First I started with a black and white design then I did a blue design then back to black and white then added some colors ending with purple and black until I finally ended with this current style

Wow it’s been a while since my last devlog I have been working on a bunch of bug fixes (I never knew there could be so many lol) and other small things as I build up to the big main feature I am working on a big feature that I am releasing soon is the browser! I am working on a working custom made ProSearch browser for the webos. Follow me for more updates!

It’s been a little while lol, but I have been working on small little things while I work on some bigger updates, and so far I have added a weather tracker on the taskbar and fixed a TON of bugs in the code.

I added a clock from my old website to go above the search bar and wrote a quick readme for the website so people can easily read how to config and setup the new tab

Today I added a bookmarks and calendar widget! The calendar took forever to add, working and cool-looking, without doxxing myself lol, and the bookmarks are just a new widget form I recoded from my old bookmark manager project.

YAYYY FIRST DEV LOG!!!
I tried using the guide but it was really boring lol so I made my own new tab and after some research I found out its actually REALLY easy to add a working google search-bar so I added that the to center and also I added a cool weather widget I made so you can view the weather from inside the website! Its pretty basic right now so I added some blur effects and outlines, etc with css so it looks pretty good at least :D

FINAL DEVLOG
This project took me a long time and really stretched my skills to the limit. I learned a LOT making this, and I really feel good about my webOS. I really like how it looks. I really tried with the CSS on this; you can really tell I wrote a lot more than I thought I would for this lol. I would really like to hear what you guys think about my website, and I can’t wait for webOS 2, where I plan to really make this come to life. I added a new app (not shown in the screenshot) that is for feedback, so you guys can send me feedback on the project.

DAILY DEVLOG #6
This is going to be the last devlog before I ship, so I can get started on webOS 2, where I will be expanding this heavily and adding a lot more apps with more complex features. With this devlog, I’ll make the demo public so you can come try out my webOS! I hope you guys enjoy it :D Overall, this log is mostly light bug fixes, finishing the notes app, and a simple new app: my personal website embedded in an iframe in a ProcrastionOS window lol. Also, I wrote a README.md for GitHub.
Sadly, I don’t know why my updates on Github are not going through, so on the demo the website is broken, so please stand by as I fix this, Thankss!

DAILY DEVLOG #5
Technically this would be the 7th devlog but I didn’t want to make one yesterday because I wanted to push all the new changes as one big update and I am writing this at midnight so technically its already the next day so I missed two devlogs in a row lol but anyway I added a bunch of new patches and bug fixes and also finished the onboarding guide (for now) and the easter egg as been tested and works and I made the first app, ProNotes! or ProcrastinationNotes if you wanna get technical but anyway I haven’t finished the app yet :< But that’s going to be the next feature, and I also made it so that if you close the onboarding guide but wanna view it again, you can now press the start button to reopen the ui.

DEVLOG #3 Today I didn’t have very much time so I just worked on my websites looks and writing the “productivity” guide for when you startup the website I also changed the ui for the windows to make it look nicer and gave it a dark theme.

DEVLOG #2 Today I worked on the front desktop screen I worked on this for a while so I think it looks really good it took forever to get the UI to look just how I wanted it and I had some issues finding a good background that would look good and getting the CSS to look good and work. I am going to focus on design first then do the functions and “productive” features last in my next devlog I think I am going to work on the boot page some more because I think it now looks really ugly compared to the rest of the website

I made a personal website for myself to practice and learn different types of code and further strengthen my skills. I am very proud of the ui and how it turned out. Stuff like the clock, however, was pretty hard to get to work and took many tutorials. Also, finding a good way to add the Spotify now-playing system was complex.

Day 1: It starts!
