Just finished my first big push for Jump on Icy-Tower! I spent the last 5 hours getting the core movement down and figuring out how to make the platforms spawn randomly as you climb.

The hardest part was definitely getting the character to actually land on the ice platforms without clipping through them—I had to mess around with the collision logic for a while until it finally clicked. I’m pretty happy with how the controls feel now.

If you want to try it out, you can jump around on the platforms and see how high you can get! It’s still a work in progress, so feel free to let me know if it feels too hard or if you find any weird bugs. please control by arrow heys

Just spent 5 hours grinding on my project, Jump on Icy-Tower. It’s definitely a work in progress, but I finally managed to get the main character moving and the platforms spawning randomly. It was super frustrating trying to get the hitboxes right, but it feels really rewarding to finally see it working in the browser.
