YSH OS Web is live.
Built this one from scratch with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It has a desktop, draggable windows, a small YSH terminal, Notes, an in-window Google browser and a working Task Manager.
Kept the UI simple and stuck to the YSH style instead of trying to make it look like another OS.
YSH OS - done all polish. YSH OS is ready to use ! try the special YSH inspired mini terminal and ARC inspired Browser.
YSH OS Web — Started working on YSH OS Web today.
The goal was pretty simple: make a small web OS that actually feels like YSH.
Got the desktop, live clock, draggable windows, user setup, terminal, notes, browser and task manager working.
Kept the UI simple and used the same space wallpaper from the YSH style.
Built everything with plain HTML, CSS and JS.
This took way longer than the ~3 hours I expected 💀 but WebOS 1 is finally done.
