I built ReplyFlow, a small Windows utility that helps turn Hindi and Hinglish messages into natural English replies. The main challenge was making it feel like a real desktop tool instead of just another AI wrapper, especially with the background tray workflow, global shortcut, auto-convert, context, and different reply styles.
I’m most proud of the overall workflow: you can copy a message, press Ctrl+Shift+R, and get a reply without having to constantly keep the app open in front of you. I also spent a lot of time making sure failed requests don’t lose the user’s text and that the API key stays out of the frontend.
To test it, install the Windows app from the Demo URL, add your own Groq API key in Settings, then copy a Hindi/Hinglish message and press Ctrl+Shift+R. You can also try the different modes, reply styles, context, quick rewrites, and Copy & Clear.
