I made a webOS and named it SPOS. It is a batman-themed operating system that runs on web fully built in html. I used a picture of batman as wallpaper and gave it a black and white theme. I also added a translucent bar at the top from which the applications which I have made can be opened. It also shows the date and time. I used white square as the close button for windows. Then I made custom apps for my OS. First, I made an app called “Batcave” which shows the coolest dialogue of batman. Then I made a todo app in which you can enter the tasks and the cut them once they are done. Then I made a weather app using api which fetches the weather data of the place entered by the user. I personally think it was a fun experience as I learnt many new things from it.

I made my first OS called SPOS. It is a batman-themed operating system that runs on web fully built in html. I have tried to make it as cool as I could have. It features a picture of lego batman as wallpaper and has a black and white theme. I also added a translucent bar at the top from which the applications which I have made can be opened. It also shows the date and time and a cool name for batman which is “The Vengeance”. Then I tried making the windows float and add a close button to it but faced a little bit difficulty at first, but I did it with some help and added a white square as the close button for windows. Now came the hardest part, which was making custom apps for my OS. First, I made an app called “Batcave” which shows the coolest dialogue of batman. Then I tried making a todo app which was not a task that is easy for a person like me who doesn’t have much prior experience in making apps with javascript. So, I took help from the guide and other sources after which i was finally able to complete it. Similarly, I made a weather app using wttr api which fetches the weather data of the location entered by the user. And that is how I made my first web OS. You can also take a look :)
