I found how to share the clean URL ( without sharing user information) from GitHub, I fixed the fonts, a couple of spelling mistakes, added more information and fixed other small things. I consider the website to be done, since i had a lot of fun making it I’ll keep updating it on my free time!! It may not look like a lot of change since I just fixed small stuff. I finally found out how to put images on the website! I made the links on navigation usable and added information on the other pages, tomorrow I’ll decorate a bit more and add more info, i think I’ll be done by then!
I was fixing the appearance of the website and i finally manage to arrange it like i wanted! (i also found a color palette to use!) I merged to style code and the html code into one page because i couldn’t figure out how to attach them together. I also forgot that hacktime doesn’t work on W3school try it so it appears I only did 28 minutes…….. I won’t forget next time ! lol. Tomorrow I’ll make the navigation actually connect to the sections and I’ll add some images! I think I’ll be done by tomorrow!
I started my website again because I wanted to make it more personalized so I tried to figure it out alone using the W3 school for the CSS with no success so i followed a tutorial in YouTube by Flickarity (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlDAQXqOqKo&t=2530s) It was VERY useful and easy to understand compared to the other videos I saw, tomorrow ill continue working on what is left of the video and filling in information on the website and start decorating! :)
I was playing around with the basics trying to understand how everything works, like a demo trial so I could get the basics down. Tomorrow I would like to start over now that I have a rough idea of how everything works [this is the first time I ever make a website so I wanted to test run it before working on the full project :) ] I used W3Schools to check how to do stuff. I don’t feel like I did enough for an hour of work but I think it was fun, the website looks like this so far, and I’m pretty sure the code isn’t 100% great so ill watch more videos tomorrow.
