I created MAI-UPY. This is a simply powerful AI, which is based on the Openrouter SDK, and PySide6. At its core, it is an application that allows AI models to answer more powerfully, and allows them to answer with better results, and less hallucinations.

The most challanging part of this project was the UI, as I am extremely new to adding GUIs to Python Applications.

I hope you enjoy it!!!

the only addition i need now is to finally fix and impliment the update checker, and we will be all gucci to ship.

Thanks for your support, JSnap.

UPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Devlog #2

Boom!!! The AI is successfully using python!!!! WAHEY!

The AI now responds with python scripts, which the local computer can now run. This is done relatively basically as of current, just simply using a “exec(result)” function. However, I still need to add support for context, and then onto bigger and better things, like more tools!!

Thanks for reading,

MAI-UPY, we have contact!
Devlog #1

So far I have been able to make requests to the AI using python, and the openrouter SDK! So far so good!
Also, I stupidly created the installer script, before I made the actual app to install??? At least I now have a base for an installer script I guess.
Soon, I will be able to make the AI use python… wait is that the name?
Thanks, From JSNAP
