A helpful program for a hobbyist! It will help with basic calculations while creating electronic projects.
Electronic Load is just a *magic box* that converts electricity into heat. Could say a heater designed as lab equipment. The goal of this project is to create a 2kW dummy load. And it's a LOT of power. As a comparison I can say, that my space heater is 2kW. In this project cooling is one of the most important things and what makes it special. I decided to use water cooling! This way the mosfets will stay cool and the load will work just fine.
10V Precision Voltage Standard based on LM399. Can be used to calibrate other equipment. The reference is designed to be extremely stable and precise. It should hold the 10.00000V with minimal drift. LM399 is a burried zener reference, paired with extremely low drift and precise LT1001 op-amp. For setting the course gain it uses extremely precise Vishay z-foil resistors. It has a binary trim network for fine adjustments. All these parts come together to form this precise metrology instrument, rivaling professional voltage standards like ones in multimeters: HP 34401A, Keysight 34461A, Fluke 8845A and Keithley 2000.
