@GigiOP817 on Gigi's Web OS :D
I built a cozy Autumn WebOS that matches the aesthetics of Fall. It features a welcome screen, live desktop status widgets, and a variety of apps.
These apps are:
-Paint
-Timer
-Gallery
-Calculator
-Music Player
-Notes
-Fall Bucket-list
The challenging parts of this project were the ones that included JavaScript. I am not familiar with JS so I had to do some learning during the process of building this OS. Another challenging thing was the fact that I kept on messing up the code and kept on running into bugs. I had to carefully inspect the code to see where I made the mistakes, so that I could fix it in time. I was not consistent at all with the timing too because school had started and I got really busy. I am super proud of the cozy aesthetic of this WebOS. It really brings you the feeling like your in fall again. I am also proud of how smooth the features of this OS work. I want people to try out whatever features they are interested in, but I would prefer for them to try out all of them because I put a lot of time and effort. While I did use AI for the JS parts because I am not familiar with the topic, majority of the HTML/CSS parts were programmed by me. Overall, I had a lot of fun making this project and I did learn a lot along the way. :D
