Developed a carbon monoxide and radon detector using Arduino and Raspberry Pi for circuit design, enabling precise and reliable monitoring of air quality. implemented Java-based scripting to process real-time sensor data, and integrated Node-RED to automatically send email alerts when carbon monoxide or radon levels were detected or reached unsafe thresholds in the controlled environment. By combining hardware and software, I was able to cultivate a fully functional, automated home safety system capable of continuous monitoring and immediate notifications.
