Added a DevLog and updated the README file so that people get how the development journey for the project worked and to introduce some originality and creativity so that hopefully more people try the game out. also added my future goals for improving the game so that people know whats coming in the future!

Cipher Deck is a Retro Esque game for fellow Developers, Hackers and CS Enthusiasts. The core objective is to hack into the mainframe system of a company by solving logic gate puzzles, ciphers and syntax errors in code. Each module is designed to be fun, interactive and entertaining.
