I made a WebOS that actually runs a real OS in the backend! :D
The OS isn’t fully integrated into the site yet. (camera images are saved separately)
You can install real Linux packages and do some cool stuff on the page! (using the terminal), and even take some funny pictures of something!
It’s all offline once everything downloads :p
Anywayyyy, I’m REALLYY proud of myself for this. I’ve never actually done something like the before :D I usually do nodejs apps and stuff, so this was something pretty new for me! Running a real OS was an idea I got because I wanted to make a working Terminal, which an idea from another person who did the WebOS project. They had a few hardcoded(?) commands and nice styles (way better than mine xd), so I wanted to make an improved version of that.
I had a LOT of trouble with both the OS and the Terminal app. I had got the OS ‘working’ and went on with the terminal and did a LOT of stuff to fix the terminal coz it didn’t work, only to find out the OS never worked TwT. Then i went back to the OS and rebuilt some stuff a LOT. I even changed the OS i was gonna run (from Alpine to TinyCore).
I read through the minified script to find out how the OS worked, and it was sooooooo hard (and somewhat boring), but i managed to oush through and get it to work! I hope uou guys like it :)) (ps. the screenshot is cropped to look better coz I’m on mobile (no pc :c), but it’ll look better on pc)

Got the OS workinggg! I started with an Alpine image, but that failed BAD, then i tried buildroot, which also failed 🤓 Anywayyy, i tried TinyCore and it works! Boots fairly fast too :D (pls don’t mind the boot logs and input boz, it’s for debugging TwT)

Made a WebOS that has a camera and filesystem(ish)! :)
I had a lot of trouble with setting up the camera stuff. The camera worked at first and then suddenly stopped working. The facingMode of the camera was worse though. It worked nicely until I added the function to take pictures, and then it stopped. Had to change that logic entirely TwT
Anywayyyy, I’m pretty proud to have made the camera and stuff work! (I’ve never worked with camera before :D)
I’m gonna work more on adding new features to this soon! There’s exams so I’m pretty slow :p

Added Camera! Added a Camera app where u can take pictures, save them and view them later through the file manager ;) I’ll be adding deletes and downloads soon. I’ll try working on navbar first. And then, maybe add file uploading

A simple Slack bot that works.
My first time working with @slack/bolt, so I had some trouble making it at first (though the caption command was more troublesome 😔).
I’m proud that it works lol, and if you wanna try it, run ‘/dynamite-caption’ in #bot-spam (Use the try project button :0000)

Simple slackbot ;) Has only a few commands (caption, fact, ping). Any ideas for new commands? Or maybe a software project idea :))
