Finished writing a basic ApiClient for the wrapper, this will make so writing Api calls are not time consuming since it is the same concept over and over again.
Also got the error handling ok, with a custom error type named FluxerError.
Next, I plan on adding the first api calls and an example rust file for me to test while making the library.

Really early development phase!
This is a prototype of an OS Emulator, for now, it only has 2 basic commands, and mostly prints to the screen.
I do not intend on making this anything “functional” in the meaning of flashing into a ISO and booting in a computer.
That is the reason it is called an “Emulator”, BUT I do want to make it have an internal storage disk like os.vdisk or something like that, so users (me) could do file operations inside it.

I made a new tab concept using the NASA api to fetch daily articles.
The style is based on old webpages from the 2000’s, this one had a little bit of AOL Netscape sprinkled on top.
The biggest challenge for me is to actually write the code, I’ve switched to neovim a week ago, and I feel POWERFUL but slow…

Got the NASA article correctly positioned at my webpage, looks almost ready to ship!
Also got the search mechanism working (it uses google below the hood).

Working on the main new tab search container scaffold.
Got the basic NASA api fetching working as well, still no structure for it to be correctly displayed.

I developed this little personal site in about ~3 hours, it was an experiment to try out the interesting Y2K style (I like so much, I’m keeping it as my portfolio).

The biggest challenge was making sure it doesn’t look like it was created in 2026.

AI was used to find a cool color palette and some slight css adjustments.

The site’s design is done. And it’s perfect. Next devlogs are going to be about the other pages (Projects, Setup and About me).
