Today i got humbled, more than violently by the most basic C++ known to man but there’s no shame at learning when you are 17 (even if some of the ppl on this challenge are born with a google internship in mind). so I basicaly just setup my firmware and made some library work for my ipod

I passed the last 2 hours at learning rust basic and setting up my rust env
I designed most of the input and the input switch system, with a pre-amp for phono , and also prepared the integration of digital input that will be “developed later” cuz its lwk 11pm and tmrw i need to figure out the freequency to make a custom 9 band eq . so that’s it for today
The PCB is finally finished, I will order it and I will come back to you for a final version of the case, the firmware and a bunch of things
I finished the firmware for the hackpad
I decided that if I had to go crazy, I would like to go crazy for something good so I tried to see my needs for daily shortcuts and also what would make my usage better
and added an encoder and a few extra switches.
(don’t ask me why there is a screen now; I saw a 3-pin and it seemed that it would fit in nicely.)
I was side tracked now i hve 5 buttons, a rotary encoder that can also count as a switch
The casing is done in an astonishing 40 minutes (I struggled for 30 of them because of the software not being capable of importing dxl files)
I did the PCB of the hackpad.
I would like to put a gentle reminder out here: DO NOT OPEN KICAD AT 3AM and also follow the instruction cause I was already with a rotary encoder ready to add things.
Lastly, the library thing took me 30 minutes IoI
I finished the website , but I couldnt get a few things right (i.e.: the music is only loading but doesnt play and the image in a project isnt properly inserted) but I am kinda proud of it
The dessign is somewhat finalized and the movie are neatly arranged but I cannot figure out how to make the media player work. and also the contact form
I mostly finished my personal website but i need to add the movie posters and songs , and verify that the contact me actually works. I reused a CSS file that i had spent month doing last year so pretty cool
My sanity ought to be preserved when I will manage to replace every power cable on my PCB from a normal (0.2mm cable to a 0.5mm one) ,and the front plate is in it’s final but the main case need the opening for the rotary encoder on the side and for the jack 3.5,usb.c and I/0.
The cloud based version of solid work kindled a sort of hatred of the french in me (I’m french btw).
I tried to make a enclosure on 3dexperience but it crashed every 3 minute
