Today I added a live map to OrbitScope using React Leaflet and OpenStreetMap. The ISS marker now moves based on the live latitude and longitude from the tracker. I also added a popup that shows the ISS name, latitude, longitude, altitude and velocity, and the values update live. I improved the marker visibility and made the map more responsive for smaller screens. Next I want to start adding more satellites and more orbital data.

Today I got the first version of OrbitScope working. It can get real ISS orbital data from CelesTrak and calculate the ISS latitude, longitude, altitude and speed using satellite.js. I had an issue with the newest satellite.js version and Vite, so I switched to version 6.0.2 and then it worked. Right now it updates the ISS data live. Next I want to add a map so I can see where the ISS is over Earth.
