here’s what’s been made thus far… it’s unfinished, but all the major aspects of it (bg, bg music, links, etc.) work just fine. i had some trouble at first with the supabase linking aspect of my project but i managed to figure that out. now i have a cool lil guestbook :)
anywho, this is my blood sweat and thankfully not tears. so happy to have a version out at long last

Welcome to the Singularity!

I’ve (finally) gotten started on my personal OS! Once it is completed, it will be space-themed (it kinda already is but you get it) and include features like various physics simulators and a planet tracker, as well as a few of my favorite playlists and my portfolio. As for today, I’ve added a background GIF, top bar, welcome window, and notes app. Getting the click-to-drag to work for each window was annoying; I messed up my JS pretty badly at first. Thank goodness for the code organization shortcut, though, because after I tried that out I realized all I was missing was a single bracket. Next time I write, I’ll (hopefully…!) have the basics pinned down and then be able to move on to the more complicated aspects of this project.
