Spent 56 minutes fighting the recording software and figuring out how Fusion 360 works as a rookie. The software won the first round: progress is moving at the speed of a snail right now, but tomorrow I’m coming back with more experience!

Spent another 1h 43m practicing the basics. I worked on a bottle and a LEGO brick to master the tools and navigation. It might not look like a robot yet, but I’m learning the rules before I start building the actual model. R2-D2 will be born soon!

I’m working on a R2D2 model with my friends and I got the 3d modeling part for our project just like my teammate Tamás . I’m not completely new at this but it took a lot of time to learn the usage of Fusion 360 and the tricks which will help me to make the best parts for 3d printing . I’m in a learning phase yet, but I hope I can get started to work on the real project . I did this simple pencil model and I did some experimenting with my initial and so on. I think I will enjoy very much this work because the variations that you can create to assemble a 3d printed model is very large. I used a base tutorial from youtube of course in the beginning ,but I hope I will improve and will be able to make my own ideas completely alone without tutorial help. He is Tamás @TamasLaszloffy777
