Today I first deleted the raspberry pi5 enclosure previous design because it had some fault in that. Then I created a new raspberry pi5 enclosure design and worked on that after which I was still having disappointment in the design then Claude suggested me to get a 3-D raspberry pi 5 model from the internet, then make the raspberry pi 5 enclosure around that. So I downloaded the raspberry pie five model and I imported on Onshape from next session I’ll start working on that. In this session, also, Claude help me and guide me how to and what to do the things, but I did the things I created the files and everything Claude just helped me and guided me.

Today I first worked on fixing my cable strain relief clip in which I have by mistake made redo mounting hole go all through the the redo cable channel, which was a mistake, and I fixed that by changing the size of redo mounting hole to 6MM depth only, and I also curved the corner of cable strain relief clip after that I exported the new cable strain relief clip file into new STL file.   After that I wanted to work on a raspberry pie 5 enclosure, so I wanted a reference picture so I used the Claude prompt and Gemini Nano to generate a image of by which looking on it, I can get reference. I told Gemini how type of picture I want and he created me and then I started working on the raspberry pie 5 enclosure. In which first I created the base and by mistake, I created it on the wrong way, so I corrected it and then with the Claude instructions created hollow box which was 2MM from the walls and 3MM from the bottom after that, I created 2 USB port in that. Today also I used Claude to guild me how to do and what to do things only the work I created the 3D designs by my on

This was the second session of my day, in which first I fixed the short RF coaxial cable mount in which by mistake, I kept the screw hole in the front, but it was supposed to be on the top, so I fixed that.

After that, I had a meeting with my teammate in which we analysed all the files and all the required, hardware parts, and all the CAD parts to build.

Then I created a Google Drive in which I have also given access to edit to my teammate in which we will keep all our data.

So first I added file in which I kept all my CAD designs after that I created cable strain relief clip CAD design on Onshape, and after that at last, I uploaded that CA D design on the Google Drive and send it to my teammate.

Today I walked on my second CAD session in which I created LNA weatherproof enclosure and its lid. This was the most crucial part because the ground station in which it will protect ₹5000 amplifier from Indian monsoon rain.
The enclosure is 75x45x25mm PETG at 100% infill with 3mm walls, three connector holes, and internal screw posts. I also completed the short RF coaxial cable mount. I also verified all the dimensions and everything, and also I used Claude for helping me out and guiding me how to create and what to create because I am new to this field. Claude just guided me, and I was the one who build it.

Today I started my work at 10:45 and did 30 minutes and the session today I created Az-El Mounting Bracket Lower on Onshape I was just able to create a base layer for this and also upright column for this because this was my first time using  Onshape and creating CAD design. That’s why it took me so long to just create a base layer and the thing that I learned today was that I should not rush for a while, making my CAD design.
