#DevLog 3 this has one has been rough . 1. First thing I added was a hidden this leaf logo which changes depending on whether its Sasuke or Naruto theme which I feel like is a really good change and was fairly easy but adds a nice touch. Oh yes I also changed the icon for the theme changer to Naruto’s and Sasuke’s eye. . 2. I added the dock for the Apps which was fairly simple from a YouTube tutorial. Then I also added my app buttons which was was also fairly easy . . 3. This where things start to go downhill I really like the Mac book app icon and effect and I knew it was kind off advanced for me so I tried following some online tutorials and . I followed the tutorial and the code didn’t work at all and i tried for hours to fix but nothing helped so I just had end up using Github co pilot to debug and it actually managed to fix it which was just one error of code. But when I finally added the The images for the app icons it completley messed up the app dimensions hence why they are bulging out and look out of place but atleast the Mac effect still works. . 4.This was probably the most infuriating part of this session so my plan was to to just make the windows for the apps(they were just going to be empty), At first I tried following the tutorial but It was not working into my code . So I ended up watching a youtube tutorial and asked claude chat on my phone on how to integrate the the function into my code. So I followed my sources step by step and thought it was ready . But when I ran it did not work at all. I spent so much time debugging but I just had such a headache and nothing was working so I ended up deciding to take a break and I dont want to become reliant on Ai to debug for me . . So overall not the Greatest session And Iv still alot a lot to do 1.Change the wallpaper on theme change 2.Add the code for all my apps 3. Fix the opening and closing of apps. 4.Add a little more detail to the GUI

I know it doesn’t seem like much of a change from the original but I’ve been focusing a lot on learning JavaScript and functions with it.
So here is what I added

1. Added a taskbar that will allow for apps to be opened and manages
   2.Added all the JavaScript for app windows, closing and drag ability.
   3.Added a theme switch which was going to be added at the end but It would be beneficial to add it now and build up on it as I work
2. Seperated my files originally I was Coding everything in one html but realized the mistake but now I have a css,javascript and html file

Im very happy with the progress Ive made within Javascript so far.

Devlog 1

This is my first time working with html so I’m deciding to have a bit of fun and make a Naruto based web OS.

I ended watching a few tutorials and using the guide for help

So basically this session I Just coded the base of the website and I’m still deciding how the OS is gonna look so here is what I did.

-Setting up welcome screen
I’ve started setting this screen up but it still needs a lot of work
-Working on the background
Its still far from Done but I feel like its not a bad setup

So now I’m going to log off and

1. Learn how to make apps within html.
   2.Draw my desired design out for a sense of direction.
