What is OSSfolio?
GitHub shows your repos. OSSfolio shows you.

OSSfolio is a free, open-source platform where every contributor gets a public profile page at https://ossfolio.qzz.io//username — showcasing the full picture of their open-source journey. The PRs you merged into other projects, the issues you filed, the orgs you contributed to, the programs you participated in like GSoC or GSSoC — all in one shareable link.

No manual input. Just sign in with GitHub and your profile is ready.

Why does this exist?
GitHub profiles are built around repositories — stars, forks, and commit graphs tell only part of the story.

If you have spent months reviewing PRs, triaging issues, contributing to other people’s projects, or participating in GSoC/GSSoC — none of that shows up clearly on your GitHub profile. Recruiters miss it. Maintainers miss it. You cannot share it.

OSSfolio is built to fix that — for students applying to GSoC, for developers sharing their work with recruiters, and for anyone who wants their contributions to actually be seen.

Developed a community platform used by 1500+ contributors to track GSSoC participation through real-time pull request analytics, scoring breakdowns, and ranking updates. The system aggregates GitHub activity, calculates contribution scores based on official labeling rules, and provides personalized dashboards with automated email notifications. Achieved 80+ Github stars and 4.7/5 rating.

Key Features:
Contributor and mentor tracking dashboards, automated PR scoring engine, GitHub API integration, contribution analytics and charts, rank monitoring, score history tracking, email alert subscriptions, leaderboard insights, and responsive real-time data visualization.

Tech Stack: Next.js 15, TypeScript, Recharts, Framer Motion, GitHub API, Nodemailer, Vercel

Built BSPrep, an all-in-one portal for IIT Madras BS Degree students. The platform centralizes academic resources, course information, and student tools in a single dashboard. I implemented authentication, student profiles, resource management, and a responsive interface using a modern full-stack architecture. One challenge was designing a scalable database structure while keeping the user experience simple and fast. I’m proud of creating a platform tailored specifically for IITM BS students and laying the foundation for future features such as AI-powered preparation tools, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations.

To test the project, sign up with an account, explore the dashboard, browse available resources, and navigate through the student portal features. Feedback on usability, performance, and missing features is welcome.
