started working on scenes! I want to make a fully functional webapp and a mobile app for this as well, and I decided to go with ruby on rails and react native even though I haven’t built any major projects with them! so excited

rocky is a slack bot that uses NASA's landsat images and APIs to get cool pictures of the world. you can get your name printed in landsat (like the Your Name in Landsat on NASA's website), or see the astronomy picture of the day (APOD)

Here's a picture of what happens when you run the /landsat command on Slack

try the bot in your channel by inviting rocky to it

Geodesica will be a cool brower game simulating a blackhole accurately, the end goal is the player can generate their own galaxy and roam around in it (potentially meeting aliens?!)

currently planning out the rover images bot, using NASA’s open APIs to get cool images, and hooking up NASA’s Your Name in Landsat so Rocky (the bot) can generate it
